Booking conditions

Payment Terms

• Bookings will ONLY BE CONFIRMED on receipt of a 50% non-returnable deposit of the retreat fee.
• Payment should be made by cheque.
• The balance must be received four weeks prior to start of the retreat.
• Telephone or email bookings should be followed a.s.a.p. by a deposit.
• Any cancellations made within four weeks of the course dates will forfeit the whole course fee unless a replacement can be found. You are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover this.
• I understand that if I make an alteration to a booking once an invoice has been raised I must give my new instructions in writing and an amendment fee of £35.00.

Insurance

• Individuals should arrange appropriate cancellation and curtailment insurance and accident cover as required.

Activity Terms

• I am physically fit for the course I have chosen.
• I understand that the weather and climbing conditions can be fickle. If your climbing course is adversely affected by the conditions we will endeavour to provide suitable and relevant alternative training.
• I appreciate that my climbing course may be hazardous by its nature and accept a certain element of risk.
• I agree to abide by such regulations as Vinyasa Retreats may consider advisable.
