• 6 days ashtanga yoga instruction: morning and evening practice each day
• additional vinyasa yoga workshop: 1 afternoon
• relaxation: 2 afternoons exclusive use of the Chateau
• climbing instruction and equipment: 3 afternoon sessions climbing during the week (optional)
• meals: wholesome breakfast, lunch and dinner every day (all vegetarian, organic food)
